Overview:
Responsible for arranging production and personnel deployment, strictly control quality and handle exceptions, maintain the '5S' management level in the workshop to ensure smooth production.

Job Description:
1. Confirm materials, equipment, personnel, and the workshop before starting work each day, and conduct a '5S' check after finishing work.
2. Requires at least 3 years of experience of production management in the manufacturing industry.
3. Monitor the production progress, adjust the arrangement at any time.
4. Daily management and assessment of production staff.
5. Arranged daily work of field team leader and technical personnel, handled special affairs in the production process.
6. Participation in the early stage of new product introduction; Timely guidance on field process technical issues.
7. Complete the tasks assigned by superiors in time and strictly implement.    

Job Requirement:
1. Mechanical related major.
2. Requires at least 3 years of experience of in the manufacturing industry.
3. Familiar with produciton, equipment and personel arrangement.
4. Received training on product knowledge, lean or ISO9001/IATF16949.
