Position information

System management:

1.1. Cooperate with the organization and implementation of continuous improvement work in the operation of each system, assist in tracking and verifying the implementation effect;

1.2. Participate in the internal audit of the company, and be responsible for the statistics and summary of data;

1.3. Participate in and assist the external audit work of the company;

1.4. Participate in the compilation and standardization of system documents;

1.5. Assist the document preparation and revision department to complete the modification of relevant system documents (including version replacement) according to the standard requirements, and do a good job in registration and management;

Document control management

2.1. Responsible for the classification registration and archiving of external documents of the company;

2.2. Responsible for the registration, preservation, issuance, recovery, scrapping, renovation, supervision and inspection of internal documents and electronic documents at all levels;

2.3. Assist in the management and maintenance of the public disk database to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of documents and archives;

2.4. Followed up the company's performance appraisal, collected KPI data and other materials;

2.5. Security and 6S management of the document control center;

2.6. Other tasks assigned by superiors;

Qualifications:

1. Full-time college graduate, with experience of the company is preferred;
